Our commitment to operational excellence ensures that we’re always one step ahead, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.The Impact You Will HaveReporting to the Manager of Global Business Operations (GBO) Spain, you will play a vital role in supporting Underwriting, Accounts, Claims, Credit Control, and Brokers/Clients within our Marine and/or Aviation Lines of Business.Your responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting underwriting materials-such as broker presentations, slips, and accounts-to ensure accuracy and completeness. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will enhance operational efficiency, support underwriting teams, and build trust with internal and external partners.Some of your specific responsibilities could include:You will handle medium-complexity accounts, ensuring underwriting materials are complete and escalating missing information to Underwriting when needed.You will input new and renewed business into IT systems, generate invoices, and produce accurate documentation (e.g., policies, certificates, endorsements) for brokers and clients promptly.You will reconcile premiums, collaborate with Credit Control, and liaise with brokers and Underwriters to ensure timely payments.You will manage your workflow to meet performance standards, ensuring compliance with risk management procedures.You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, attending relevant meetings as required.You will support user acceptance testing (UAT) and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.What You’ll Bring to the RoleYou have experience in the insurance sector or in administrative roles in other industries.You have preferably completed a recognized insurance qualification or equivalent in the financial sector.You have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with relevant business applications and systems.You have a basic understanding of insurance products, wordings, terms, conditions, coverages, and the policy administration life cycle (e.g., information collection, policy issuance, premium bookings, credit control, cancellations).You have the ability to continuously develop your technical knowledge, systems expertise, and insurance/business understanding.You have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.You have effective time management skills and experience prioritizing tasks based on daily reviews.You have fluency in Spanish (native level) and working knowledge of English.62964 | Finance & Accounting | Professional | Allianz Commercial | Full-Time | PermanentWhat’s in it for you?Let’s care about everything that makes you,We are committed to nurturing an inclusive environment where everyone feels they belong.
