Work with your international client portfolio to help understand how they can best deliver value to their organization using modern legal tech platform solutions. Support us in developing an active and engaged client community. Responsible for building and maintaining effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of international customer accounts. Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales plan that includes new and existing sales strategies for large key accounts. Maintains post-sales contact with large or strategic clients in order to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationship. Communicates with customers with regards to any account problems and discusses customer concerns and suggestions. Focuses efforts on product feedback, enhancement, upgrades, and development. Reports suggestions to and develops solutions with sales, order processing, and customer support team.Main TasksDevelop and maintain a sales pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales objectives via prospecting and account managementDevelop sales strategy for assigned accounts and successfully manage deals through the entire sales cycleCommunicate with international customers with regards to any account problems and discuss customer concerns and suggestionsNegotiate service/product terms with customers in line with guidelinesReport suggestions to and develop solutions with sales, order processing, and customer support teamMay handle add-on sales for clientsTravel to and attend conferences, events and customer meetings as requiredCreate, without support, and consistently high-quality proposals which always mirror the right value propositionDelivery of presentations solutions to a broad audience, clearly submitting ideas, concepts, and solutions to the customer. Proof the value of the solution, by showing how our software helps the prospect in solving their challenges.Effective Planning and Organizing of own workCompetenciesStrong qualification skills, able to quickly identify relevant business challenges and effectively position relevant solutionsStrong organizer of own workAble to speak with different levels of the company (from Company Secretary, General Counsel, Legal Counsel to CEO/CFO)Empathic, open to listening what people are tellingSolid understanding of business, financials, products/services and the market, preferably with a reputation for providing a level of expert knowledge within your industry

Excellent communication (both written & oral) and presentation skills.
