A Day in Your Life at MKS:As an AP Specialist at MKS Atotech, you will partner with Procurement, Internal Teams, Cluster Heads, Vendors, etc. to process invoices, reconcile accounts etc. In this role, you will report to the AP Manager, Magdalena.You Will Make an Impact By:

• Executing timely payment proposals according to internal payment calendar
• Handling vendor payment reminders
• Analysis and resolution for the returned and rejected payments
• Increase compliance to standards of best practice, to actively work on eliminating risk of fraud from processes
• Support implementation of process and system changes and maintenance of process documentation
• Monitoring and management of direct debits
• Support implementation and conduct internal financial & SOX controls
• Preparation of documentation for auditors
• Support integration of further European legal entities

Skills You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in accounting or other business discipline; Master’s degree is a plus
• 3 years’ Experience in AP, preferably in a multiple legal entity environment
• Fluent english and polish, good command of german is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with internal customers and external partners
• Precise, careful and well-structured way of working, good documentation of work
• Experienced in SAP
