• Client Guidance and Documentation:

• Deliver clear, client-friendly advice on internal policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring accuracy from the start
• Prepare and share fully customized documentation based on account structures and specific needs to ensure a seamless client journey
• KYC and Compliance:

• Develop comprehensive KYC client profiles using information gathered from clients and verified public sources
• Ensure robust KYC data collection and conduct thorough background checks, such as Factiva screenings
• Prepare detailed reports for escalations, explaining due diligence and mitigating risks to facilitate senior approval processes
• Account Validation and Process Management:

• Collaborate with Client Onboarding and Account Maintenance Teams to validate application packs, providing clear, actionable feedback on any documentation gaps
• Work proactively to streamline the account delivery process and manage client and banker expectations
• Collaboration and Innovation:

• Partner with Compliance, Business Risk, KYC Quality Checkers, and Tax Teams to deliver tailored solutions for each client
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and participate in regulatory reviews

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in KYC, AML compliance, account opening, or maintenance, ideally within a similar industry
• Client-facing experience is preferred, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while prioritizing tasks
• Independent and detail-oriented, with a thorough understanding of policies and procedures to ensure compliance without exceptions
• Very good command of English (oral and written)
