- Client Guidance and Documentation:
- Deliver clear, client-friendly advice on internal policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring accuracy from the start
- Prepare and share fully customized documentation based on account structures and specific needs to ensure a seamless client journey
- KYC and Compliance:
- Develop comprehensive KYC client profiles using information gathered from clients and verified public sources
- Ensure robust KYC data collection and conduct thorough background checks, such as Factiva screenings
- Prepare detailed reports for escalations, explaining due diligence and mitigating risks to facilitate senior approval processes
- Account Validation and Process Management:
- Collaborate with Client Onboarding and Account Maintenance Teams to validate application packs, providing clear, actionable feedback on any documentation gaps
- Work proactively to streamline the account delivery process and manage client and banker expectations
- Collaboration and Innovation:
- Partner with Compliance, Business Risk, KYC Quality Checkers, and Tax Teams to deliver tailored solutions for each client
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and participate in regulatory reviews
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in KYC, AML compliance, account opening, or maintenance, ideally within a similar industry
- Client-facing experience is preferred, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
- Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while prioritizing tasks
- Independent and detail-oriented, with a thorough understanding of policies and procedures to ensure compliance without exceptions
- Very good command of English (oral and written)
