Location: Sibiu
Role purpose
-Managing a very larger portfolio of small and medium existing business customers (Enterprise & Strategic Alliances), maintaining and/or growing revenue and share of wallet.
-Digital selling – Create personalized offers, targeted promotions, and efficient communication channels to maximize engagement and retention within the existing customer base.
-Reactive selling the full Voice & Network product portfolio and achieving sales quotas.
-Maintain long-term relationship with the customer.
-Managing existing portfolio and protect contracts (churn & renewals).
Key accountabilities
-Reactive upselling/ cross sell.
-Achieve defined company churn targets through retention activities and digital campaigns.
-Achieve/overachieve personal booking and revenue targets.
-Serve as lead contact for all account management matters.
-Negotiation and close contracts in order to maximize profits and maintain/increase revenue base.
-Digital management through campaigns and digital tools:
-Create and manage marketing campaigns through HubSpot/LinkedIn/Video marketing Platform.
-Track and monitor key performance indicators on the ongoing campaigns.

-Requires limited sales/marketing experience but some administrative/technical experience.
-Well organized and structured, dealing with complex and high-volume requests/tasks.

Qualifications
-Languages: advanced German and English are mandatory.
