Account Manager- Birmingham- GBP30,000-GBP35,000 + benefits

One of the UK’s leading independent Legionella/Water Hygiene Service providers are on the look out for an Account Manager to work from their West Midlands office to assist with their 2022 further growth plans!

The company provide a combination of Water Hygiene Monitoring, Water Treatment, Legionella Risk Assessing & Plumbing works across the UK and work with public sector and commercial clients. They have a head count of over 50 people working within their team and are due to grow further throughout the year.

The ideal candidate for this position will come from a Water Hygiene background- be a qualified Legionella Risk Assessor and have a good experience of dealing with clients & consulting on remedial action.

The role will require the successful applicant to nurture established Healthcare & FM accounts and carry out the following duties:

* Upsell/Cross sell Water Hygiene & Legionella control services
* Weekly, monthly & quarterly reviews with clients
* Price/quote works
* Attend monthly reviews/client meetings
* Manage contracts
* Audits
* Consult clients
* Achieve company targets

The Legionella/Water Hygiene Account Manager role requires the successful applicant to have the following attributes:

* City & Guilds in Legionella Risk Assessing OR NVQ L2 in Plumbing
* Outstanding knowledge of HSG 274 & ACOP L8
* Strong negotiation skills
* Experience dealing with company stake holders & senior members of staff
* Target driven
* Ability to deal with people at all levels
* Full UK driving license
* Flexibility to work nationally- when required to meet clients
