Uber Eats is seeking a Territory Account Manager to help change the food delivery landscape across Belgium.We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are excited about the food delivery landscape and building long-term affiliations with our restaurant partners.Our Territory Account Managers drive the development of their specific cities and areas with a sense of growing the operational performance along with great relationship building and gaining the best traction for their partners with their analytical capabilities.If you believe that you enjoy working in an environment wherein “great minds do not think alike” and can “see the forest and the trees” and are passionate about the food industry, this is an extraordinary opportunity.What you will doTake complete ownership of your restaurant portfolio and drive the business and operational performanceIdentify and initiate new partnership opportunities with the restaurants in your territoryBuild long-term relationships with the restaurant partners and deliver exceptional customer service experiencesDrive on-the-ground knowledge and context about the territory you operate into the Uber Eats Belgium teamCross-functional collaboration, wherein you will work closely with various team members to identify high-potential partnerships and improve the experience right from the first pitch to the first tripSolve complex issues by ensuring our customer service is prioritized and solved efficientlyAct as an ambassador for the mission, brand, and product of Uber EatsWhat you will needBachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or a related field. Master’s Degree a plusAbility to influence various audiences both internally and externally using strong verbal and written communicationAbility to adapt to a constantly evolving fast-paced environmentHighly responsive and data-oriented attitude, able to take the initiative and maintain high-quality relationships with all kinds of partners
