Job Title: Account Manager – Transactional Mail

Salary: £42k to £45k pa (depending on experience)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for someone with transactional mailing experience to work for a leading communications company in the North West. If delivering exceptional customer service is what you do best, and if you are ready for a new challenge in a growing, focussed company, then this is the Account Management opportunity you have been searching for. The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated, outgoing individual, able to deal with client pressure and short timelines.

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for supporting transactional mailing campaigns for a portfolio of Clients. You will have a customer focused approach to service delivery across all aspects of the work.
Responsibilities Manage, coordinate and work collaboratively with the Account Management team to support and advise the client Develop and maintain a rapport with key client stakeholders while applying a commercial and added value approach Ensure all agreed SLAs, quality standards and deadlines are adhered to. Respond to client briefs and queries within a timely and professional manner Ensure quality procedures are followed Promptly escape any issues as they arise Identify opportunities for added value, process improvement and/or efficiencies. Skills required for this role You should be customer centric. Have excellent administration and organisational skills, attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure. Excellent communicator, ensuring strong Client relationships are created and maintained. Strong knowledge of transactional mail On a less serious note, a good sense of humour and ability to be a fantastic team player.
