Role Overview
The role of an Account Manager is to develop and maintain profitable relationships with key clients, driving sales growth and maximizing revenue within assigned accounts. Account Managers are responsible for understanding client needs, promoting products or services, and consistently exceeding KPI targets. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, identify upselling opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key strengths

– Proven experience in a client facing role, preferably in account management, customer success or sales.
– Experience in Digital or SAAS solutions
– Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
– Ability to analyse data and derive insights to drive client success and identify growth opportunities.
– Highly organised with excellent time management skills, ability to prioritise and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
– Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
– Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft office suite.
