Job description
Represent our client on the East Flanders territory by visiting nursing homes. Participate to their growth by being part their commercial team to sell their services and expertise.The successful Account Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and concerns, fostering trust, and advocating for their interests.
- Account Strategy & Growth: Map and segment client accounts to identify sustainable growth opportunities, create strategic plans for each client, and set business objectives accordingly, executing personalised action plans and tracking performance indicators.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by promptly addressing requests and resolving issues, delivering exceptional service, and adding value to ensure a positive customer experience, while representing the company’s vision and values.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with commercial, scientific, and support teams to meet client needs, ensure consistent customer journeys, act as the main contact for all account-related matters, and conduct regular performance evaluations with stakeholders.
- Contract Management & Retention: Negotiate new contracts and terms to secure long-term client engagement, revenue, and profitability, while generating new opportunities and fostering client loyalty for contract renewals.

- Strong experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare sector
- Excellent communication skills ; Dutch with a good knowledge of French
- A deep understanding of how businesses operate, from profitability to market trends
- Commercial skills and client relationship management
- Leadership and collaboration: Strong leadership qualities, with an emphasis on teamwork and fostering a collaborative environment.
