As an Account Manager, you drive sustainable growth for Booking.com and our accommodation partners by applying a holistic account management approach. You combine data, commercial levers and strong relationships to grow partners’ business and improve the guest experience on our platform.

You will own a portfolio of partners in your market, building structured account plans, leading in‑depth performance and business review conversations, and coordinating the right actions and stakeholders to deliver long‑term impact.

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage a portfolio of accommodation partners in your assigned market, in line with our segmentation and service model.
  • Build and maintain account plans that connect partner goals, market dynamics and Booking.com strategy, and follow through on agreed actions.
  • Look at the full picture of each partner’s business – not just actions, but the results and long‑term health of the relationship.
  • Balance short‑term wins (e.g. filling need periods, new product adoption) with sustainable, long‑term growth and partner health.
  • Use Booking.com data and tools to understand performance, identify risks and opportunities, and prioritise where to focus your time.
  • Prepare and deliver performance review meetings and calls, structuring clear narratives and recommendations supported by data and insights.
  • Grow revenue and room nights in line with market strategy and segmentation, while protecting and improving guest experience.
  • Build strong, trust‑based relationships with key decision makers at partner organisations; become their strategic advisor for Booking.com.
  • Navigate and influence multiple internal and external stakeholders, managing challenging conversations when performance or behaviour needs to change.

You should apply if you:

  • 2–4+ years in account management, sales, business development or other partner‑facing roles, ideally with responsibility for a portfolio and commercial targets
  • Proven ability to use data to steer conversations: you are comfortable working with performance dashboards, targets and KPIs, and turning insights into clear recommendations and actions.
  • A holistic account management mindset: you think beyond individual actions, connect them to the overall strategy, and balance short‑term results with long‑term partner health.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; you can manage difficult conversations, handle objections and influence without formal authority.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills in [required language(s)]; you structure clear, compelling narratives using data, and adapt your message to different partner profiles (from independent properties to professional multi‑property managers or chains).
  • Experience in hospitality, travel, real estate, property management or other marketplace / platform environments.
  • Experience with planning and running business reviews or strategic account plans with B2B partners or clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and commercial analytics tools.
