Key Responsibilities:
Manage the B2B sales process for the company’s product portfolio in Flanders.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term partnerships.

Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to drive market growth.
*
Plan and conduct regular customer visits and meetings.
*
Provide creative input into marketing materials and presentations.
*
Monitor market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
*
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in agriculture, arable farming, or related fields.

Strong commercial acumen and proven experience in sales or account management.
*
Passion for both the commercial and technical aspects of crop protection.
*
Fluent in Dutch; knowledge of French and English is an advantage.
*
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
*
Ability to work independently and manage remote relationships.
*
Willingness to go the extra mile during peak seasons.
