Account Manager (Large Format Digital Print)

Position: Account Manager (Large Format Digital Print) Location: Hertfordshire Salary: £30k – £35k (depending on experience) The Role: Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the clients requirements Build and develop a trusted advisor relationship with new customers Ensure the timely and successful delivery of their solutions according to their needs and objectives Quote bespoke jobs accurately and follow up for feedback Process orders working with production to achieve tight deadlines Full project management for bespoke jobs inclusive of print, installation, supplier, and joinery work Manage multiple projects to tight timescales and differing complexities Requirements: Proven sales/account management or other relevant print experience Demonstrated ability to communicate with clients & colleagues Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs Proven ability to manage multiple projects at any time while playing strict attention to detail Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills Pro-active with a forward-thinking approach to new products and development
