Join our team as an Account Manager, and make a significant impact on our customer’s success.

As an Account Manager at Brightpearl by Sage, you’ll be the driving force behind our customers’ business growth. Taking charge and successfully managing upsell and renewals for your allocated accounts. You’ll work effectively under pressure to ensure deadline are met, whilst providing the best experience possible for your customers.

Location

This role is open for our Bristol, Newcastle and Winnersh location. Office working is required (2 days per week).

Key Responsibilities:

Summary of your day-to-day?

You’ll successfully manage your customer accounts, continually providing advice and guidance, responding to client questions in a timely manner and add value to their subscription. You’ll provide periodic business reviews, manage escalations, identify upsell opportunities and work with customers to achieve their goals via success plans. You’ll negotiate existing contract terms and ensure customers are set up for success with the right package tailored to them.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience of account management and contract negotiations.

• Adaptable and able to work with multiple internal stakeholders.

• A passion for customer success, and a previous background in supporting ERP / Accounting Software / Inventory solutions.

• Excellent Organisational and project management skills.

• Proven leadership and problem solving skills.
