Your role involves proactive engagement, understanding client needs, and creating personalized strategies to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- **Client Relationships: Regularly engage with customers, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Sales Growth: Develop personalized sales strategies, including cross-selling, up-selling, and churn management.
- **Support & Feedback: Provide prompt, personalized after-sales support, ensuring timely responses and proactive communication.
- **Product Promotion: Educate clients on new products and features, aligning them with their specific use cases.
- **Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams, offering valuable feedback.
- **Customer Engagement: Hold regular video meetings to demonstrate product updates and strengthen relationships.
**Your Profile
- Native level of **German and fluent in **English.
- **Customer-focused experience in support or satisfaction roles is highly valued.
- P**assion for simplifying processes and removing obstacles for customers and colleagues.
- **Ambitious, proactive, and a positive team player with strong organizational skills.
- **Confident using CRM tools and unafraid to pick up the phone to support clients.
- **Ready to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
