How You’ll Make an Impact

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Develop new customers and market segments
• Drive commercial activities that support sales growth and increased market share
• Implement territory- and account-level sales plans aligned with business strategy
• Identify high-potential opportunities together with Marketing
• Negotiate and close contracts and agreements
• Represent Lubrizol at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
• Deliver accurate reporting, forecasting, and market insights
• Manage your annual territory budget effectively

Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success

• A Bachelor’s degree in chemical, polymer or mechanical engineering, chemistry, or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in the performance plastics industry (TPE/TPU is a strong plus)
• Proven success in sales growth and account development
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• A self-starter mindset with the drive to develop markets
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region
• Fluency in English; proficiency in a Slavic language is a strong advantage
