As a Account Manager for Dental products in the East Flanders region (Limburg – Antwerp and Flemish Brabant), you will be responsible to drive the sales, maintain good relationships and create new business with healthcare stakeholders including dentists, dental & oral specialists, oral hygienists, pharmacists and hospitals. The role demands excellent sales skills, product knowledge and a passion for the healthcare sector.Our client is a highly regarded entity in the dental sector, positioned as an Oral expert in around 50 countries, with a significant presence in the Benelux region. They are known for their innovative approach to improving health and wellness.As a successful Account Manager-Dental products – East Flanders region (Limburg – Antwerp and Flemish Brabant), you will have the following responsibilities:Sales:
- Drive sales in the East Flanders region (Limburg – Antwerp and Flemish Brabant) through effective sales and strategy development.
- Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry: dentists, dental & oral specialists, oral hygienists, pharmacists and hospitals.
- Deliver excellent customer service to maintain company reputation.
- Continually strive to meet and exceed predefined sales targets in order to actively contribute to the company growth.
Products representation:
- Promote the dental products to health professionals in the East Flanders region (Limburg – Antwerp and Flemish Brabant).
- Organize training and information sessions to share products features, advantages and innovation to dentists, dental & oral specialists, oral hygienists, pharmacists and hospitals.
- Continually update knowledge on product range and competitors within the dental sector.
Analysis and reporting:
- Ensure regular reports and analysis of our activities through the CRM tool.
- Provide feedback and reports to the Sales department on market trends and customer needs.
- Analyse the performance of the East Flanders region and propose growing actions plan.
As a successful Account Manager- Dental products – East Flanders region (Limburg – Antwerp and Flemish Brabant), you have the following profile:
- At least a Bachelor degree in the scientific field.
- At least a first experiences as a Medical representative within the healthcare industry.
- Previous experience in selling Dental products is a plus.
- A keen interest in the Dental sector, with a commitment to continually updating their knowledge.
- A passion for the healthcare sector and a drive to improve health and wellness.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – You are proactive and persuasive.
- Strong organisational and strategic planning abilities.
- The ability to be autonomous and to work independently.
- You are located in the East Flanders Region (Limburg – Antwerp and Flemish Brabant).
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
