Role Responsibilities:
* Drive market expansion by managing and growing strategic customer portfolios in the company’s core sectors.
* Align personal care and home care or food and animal nutrition strategies with the company’s mission of excellence.
* Foster high levels of customer satisfaction and portfolio quality through collaboration and teamwork.
Requirements:
* Hold a commercial education in business administration, sales, or marketing, or possess a technical/chemical background-highly advantageous if you have both.
* Demonstrate relevant sales experience in the Personal Care & Home Care or Food & Animal Nutrition sectors, providing you with a platform to excel.
* Exhibit excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Dutch, with fluency in French being a notable advantage.
