They are a successful and dynamic company that specialises in the import and distribution of life science and diagnostics products in the Benelux region.

Role – Account Manager

As Account Manager Life Sciences you are responsible for achieving the set sales targets by actively visiting new and existing accounts. You will be supported by the Sales Manager and Marketing Manager.

You will find your customers in the laboratories of universities, academic hospitals, the pharmaceutical and bio-tech industry and other research institutes.

They need a pure AM for Belgium responsible for all product portfolio of the Life Science section.

You bring this

· Education level College / University Biology, Biochemistry or Bio-medical Sciences or relevant experience

· Demonstrable knowledge of and experience with cell biological and molecular biological techniques

· Good communication skills, dynamic and representative

· Professional sales and negotiation skills are an advantage

· Excellent knowledge of the English and Dutch/French languages

· A good dose of independence, collegiality and customer focus

You’ll be responsible for handling 4 of the biggest Academic Accounts there and about 100 accounts in total, Bio-tech, Bio-pharmacy …

Details

Travel around 50%

Base salary to be discussed + 2 X month salary bonus + vacation, pension, car, really strong company culture (dinners, events…)
