Account Manager – IT Consulting

Location: Zaventem, Belgium (Hybrid)

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Hunt for new business: Prospect, engage, and convert leads into long-term clients in your region (Brussels/Wallonia or Flanders).
* Own your territory: Identify client needs, offer solutions, and build relationships that last.
* Be the face of our brand: Take the lead on client interactions and create a memorable first impression.
* Collaborate for success: Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, IT, and Customer Support) to deliver innovative solutions that exceed client expectations.
* Hit your goals: Track and report on your sales activities and successes, ensuring you meet and exceed targets.

What We’re Looking For:

* 3-5 years of experience in a commercial sales role, ideally in IT consulting.
* A passion for Solution Selling – you’re a consultant at heart, not just a seller.
* Autonomous and results-driven, you take ownership of your accounts and drive success.
* Fluent in Dutch or French – you’re a natural communicator, both in writing and speaking.
* Ambitious – you’re hungry for success and ready to push your career to the next level!
