About the role
For our Sales team, we are looking for a genuine sales talent with strong results orientation, passion, and determination to reach the sales target. Reporting directly to Head of Sales Austria, the holder of this position will be in charge of owning, developing, selling and maintaining Global Blue service products to merchants in Vienna. This includes delivering insights on customer (merchants). This position offers working in the field/home office and requires a high willingness to travel.
Responsibilities
- Selling GB products to merchants locally and on head office level
- Delivering and achieving assigned budget targets
- Managing, conducting and delivering of account specific contractual obligations and negotiations
- Relationship management at merchants Head Office level
- Ensuring Store level activities are delivered through the Sell-OUT team via the Head of Sales
- Accurate commercial and financial Accounts management, initiating corrective actions if major deviation to plan, handling all activities and decisions with the “grandfather” principle with highest level of integrity
- Customer Expectations Evaluation and monitoring
- Creation and delivery of Action Plans as MCNC, Marketing, Promotions, Incentives etc.
- Accurate use of CRM (Salesforce)
- Ensuring all relative information regarding the market and the business trend are transmitted to the organization in an up-dated, qualified and transparent way
Main KPI’s
- New business (hunting)
- Net Commission for TFS and DCC
- NC/GC ratio for TFS and DCC
- New business for TFS, DCC and GR Media
- Ageing
- Product extension within present customers

Qualifications and education requirements
- Completed / matura/study or proof of similar qualification
- 2-3 years of sales experience in selling services (e.g. financial/payments services)
- Experience in retail or financial services are of benefit
- Knowledge of payments (especially acquiring)
- Know-how and preferably network in B2B, payment and e-commerce
- Fluent German and English language – both verbal and written
- Good knowledge of MS Office package and CRM (Salesforce) knowledge
- Living in Vienna area/ Lower Austria, willing to travel
- Driving license – required!
