Why We Need This Role:
-Manage a high-volume portfolio of small and medium-sized existing business customers (long tail), focusing on maintaining and/or growing revenue and share of wallet.
-Drive reactive and proactive sales across the full Voice & Network product portfolio to achieve sales quotas.
-Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
-Manage the existing portfolio by protecting contracts through churn prevention and renewals.
-Leverage a digital sales approach, including campaigns, digital tools, and social media.
What you will do :
-Manage a high-volume portfolio of small and medium-sized existing business customers (long tail), focusing on maintaining and/or growing revenue and share of wallet.
-Drive reactive and proactive upselling and cross-selling across the full Voice & Network product portfolio to achieve sales quotas.
-Achieve defined company churn targets through effective retention activities and digital campaigns.
-Consistently achieve or exceed personal booking and revenue targets.
-Serve as the lead contact for all sales and account management matters, ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Negotiate and close contracts to maximize profits while maintaining or increasing the revenue base.
-Employ digital management techniques through campaigns and digital tools:
-Create and manage marketing campaigns using specific tools.
-Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness.
