We are making the transition to being a tech company “driven by knowledge”.Customers are increasingly opting for a remote account manager; always available and doing business faster. That is why you will play a crucial role in this role in further expanding our customer base by following up on warm leads (from marketing) and thus generating new business.What are you going to do?As an Account Manager Inside Sales (New Business) you are responsible for translating customer wishes and needs into solutions for prospects who ultimately need to become customers. You sell and advise a selection from the wide portfolio by telephone and via teams… In this way you help to further expand our Inside Sales organization. You will also work with 10 other colleagues from Deventer.In this dynamic position you are responsible for realizing your objectives (turnover, customer expansion and customer satisfaction) based on set targets. You do this mainly by having a lot of contact with your (potential) customers. Prospects you will call work as: Accountant, Lawyer, Tax specialist, Lawyer and Notary.Other tasks and responsibilities include:Portfolio renewalYou proactively make proposals for the renewal and improvement of product portfolios based on identified developments at your prospects/customers and in order to increase your sales and turnover.Account managementYou create an account plan for your market. With this you work your market and prospects/customers. You have and take responsibility for the expansion and further development of your portfolio.

Appointments and administrationYou keep the information you receive on the phone from your prospects/customers accurately, so that all administrative and (after)sales activities can be carried out by the Customer Service department. Think of order entry, invoicing and delivery.Who are you?You are commercially minded, have good communication skills and are an expert in (telephone) sales. You like to go the extra mile, because commerce is in your DNA. You only go home with satisfaction when you know that the prospect/customer is satisfied and you have satisfied them, resulting in you realizing personal goals and targets.Your resume also includes:
  • HBO work and thinking level;
  • At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position;
  • Affinity with products and services is an advantage (for example experience with online and/or software sales or some basic knowledge of the tax or legal sector).

  • A market-conform salary based on a 36-hour (full-time) working week;
  • 8% holiday allowance + 4% PKB (Personal Choice Budget);

  • An interesting bonus scheme, consisting of a fixed and variable part – up to 30% of the fixed salary;
