Job description

• Pro-actively manage and negotiate renewal for our book rated portfolio by executing annual renewal strategy.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients, by pro-actively engaging in regular communication by email or telephone.
• Take the lead in day to day enquiries for assigned portfolio working with internal stakeholders to resolve in agreed timelines.
• Gather and analyse claims data.
• Database Management, ensuring all relevant details are recorded accurately.
• Facilitate the renewal process in conjunction with the Client Management team.
• Participate in client visits to the European Service Centre and occasionally attend Client Meetings.
• The candidate will be a French native speaker (Dutch language capabilities is a plus)
