Your Role

As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients and insurers while actively contributing to new business growth. You’ll be at the heart of our client relations, ensuring all their insurance and risk management needs are met. Working closely with our Nacora UK team, you’ll deliver high-quality service with precision, drive, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage client portfolios and ensure all insurance and risk management needs are met.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal teams.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client and team requests.

  • Assist in preparing accurate and efficient documentation.

  • Continuously develop industry knowledge and stay updated on insurance products.

  • Adhere to company values and promptly report potential claims.

  • Proactively seek opportunities for personal and business growth.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Progress towards ACII (Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute).

  • Minimum of three A-levels (A-C grades), including English.

  • 3+ years’ experience in a professional, client-facing role with UK insurance programmes.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong verbal and written communication, business acumen, and analytical skills.
