Overview

Join our Founding Sales team, as we strive to remove complexity from the workplace! We are seeking an Account Executive to bring our workflow automation platform to life for customer and employee experience teams across Financial Services, Retail & Consumer Products, and Infrastructure industries.

Reporting to our Founder and CEO, Jan, you will have the opportunity to shape our go-to-market strategy and play a leading role in making the final push toward a repeatable and predictable sales motion.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue in the DACH market by developing and closing new customer accounts, with a focus on mid-market and enterprise companies across Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Products, and Infrastructure industries.
  • Independently identify, and develop target accounts, build strong relationships with Customer Experience (CX), Employee Experience (EX), and Technology leaders, and navigate complex sales cycles with them from initial conversation to close
  • Showcase the value of our workflow automation solution to CX, EX, and Technology professionals, based on a thorough understanding of their context and pain points, with tailored demos and follow-on conversations that address their specific needs.
  • Collaborate closely with your sales, marketing, success, and product colleagues as well as our partners to bring the best possible product and service offering to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on customer needs, industry trends, competitive landscape, and product progress to continuously refine sales strategies and drive business success.

Required Experience:

  • Track record of success in B2B SaaS mid-market and enterprise sales with fast-moving sales cycles in a growth stage company on the journey from €1m to €10m ARR.
  • Hands-on experience and mindset in sourcing deals, building pipeline, creating bespoke demos, advising customers in their selection process, and closing six-figure ACV deals.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex business contexts and problems across different industries and develop useful solutions with customers supported by technology.
  • Proven passion and creativity in identifying and developing new accounts, and ability to deliver results independently as well as in close collaboration with your teammates.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in German and English.
  • Deep understanding of workflow automation software, CX/EX operations, and/or Financial Services / Retail / Consumer Products / Infrastructure industries are a plus.
