Job Description: Join a fast growing startup as a key sales hire, driving new business by selling an AI native platform to letting agents and portfolio landlords. You will own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to running high quality product demos and closing deals, directly impacting the growth of a category defining rental operating layer.

What you will do: Execute the end to end sales process, including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and running consultative product demos that convert to signed contracts. Act as a strategic consultant for letting agents, reviewing their tech stacks and demonstrating how Hybr’s AI automates enquiry handling and scheduling. Collaborate closely with the product team to feed market insights back into the platform, ensuring the product evolves with customer needs. The ideal candidate: 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS closing roles, ideally within a fast paced startup environment where you consistently hit or exceeded targets. Exceptional communication skills with a consultative approach, able to build trust quickly with business owners and navigate complex operational workflows. Proactive, “builder” mindset with the grit to handle startup volatility and the commercial sharpness to identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
