We have a great opportunity for an Account Director with a background in POS to join a forward thinking print management company with unparalleled resources and financial backing.
Responsibilities Manage day to day operations of a team of Account Executives and Account Managers. Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer service. Act as a solution oriented problem solver to resolve difficult client situations efficiently and to client satisfaction. Generate innovative and effective solutions to meet customer requirements. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role with proven team management experience. Background in POS (point of sale) within the print management sector. Excellent emotional control and resilience, ability to analyze relevant information to make informed suggestions. Highly organized with the ability to plan and organize a busy workload and meticulous about presentation. Must be a UK resident and have recently worked in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
