Overview
Our Employee Experience team help clients to build people powered business to believe in, with our work spanning the entire employee lifecycle from employer brand-building to internal communications, change and engagement.
Our Account Directors are essential to our award winning work. You will have experience of helping major employers to attract, engage and retain top talent, and have the ambition to play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of one of the UK’s leading employee agencies.
We’re looking for an experienced Account Director that wants to take the next step in their career, leading some of the most exciting work in the industry.
Responsibilities
Client ownership:
Confident owning the client relationship and leading strategic conversations on how we can best deliver work
A great presenter:
Strong communications skills and able to captivate a room when presenting ideas or plans
Taking ownership over projects:
Hitting deadlines, organising the project team, managing the client and running budgets up to £250k
Lead account growth:
Identify new opportunities with existing clients, lead new business and activate opportunities with senior support
Financial rigour:
Ensure clients are invoiced correctly, billability of account team members is tracked consistently, and budgets and expenditure closely tracked.
Commercial acumen:
Able to deliver a good margin, negotiate and formalise appropriate budgets.
Develop the team:
Line management and mentorship of junior team members, always ensuring their development is prioritised

Passionate about employee communications
From EVP development to recruitment marketing strategies; you will be experience in and passionate about people comms
