Job Title Accommodation Manager

Salary: A£45,000 – A£50,000

Location: London

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for hospitality and a knack for maximizing revenue? My client is seeking a dynamic Accommodation Manager to join their team! You will be responsible for driving revenue growth while ensuring smooth operations, exceptional guest experiences, and effective team management.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue
* Generate and interpret revenue reports to identify opportunities for improvement
* Analyse market trends, competitive set data, and historical performance to inform pricing decisions
* Assist with the compilation of annual budgets and planning
* Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and high standards
* Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
* Manage the purchase of consumables required
* Lead the front office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

The Ideal candidate:

* Proven experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry
* Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
* Excellent leadership and team management abilities
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of standards and procedures and Health & Safety within hotel/housing services
* In-depth knowledge and experience of online reservations and booking systems
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
