Access and Response Social Worker

London Borough of Camden are looking to expand their current team with a dedicated Access and Response Social Worker looking for an opportunity to join a well-structured and organised team. This Access and Response Social Worker role will be for an initial 3-6 months with potential for extension subject to internal circumstance and your performance.

Access and Response Social Worker Responsibilities include:
Carrying out reviews with people residing in the community and in nursing/residential settings Reassessments Working within the FACs criteria and Personalisation agenda Managing a caseload of adults to be reviewed for care Working Multi-disciplinary team Attending meetings and liaising with other professionals
Experience preferred / Minimum Requirements
Post qualifying experience of working as an Access and Response Social Worker within the UK Social Care industry. SWE Registration 1 year post qualifying experience within UK Social Care industry Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you) Eligibility to work in the UK Benefits of working with Ackerman Pierce:
