Job descriptionProspero Teaching is looking for Tutors to work with young people across South Yorkshire.Acting as a work-finding service, we provide tutors to a range of Local Authorities and Primary, Secondary and SEND Schools. We are looking for Tutors to provide lessons for Reception students through to post-16 learners who have strong mentoring skills and are passionate about teaching.Prospero Teaching works with both experienced tutors who have experience teaching children on a one-to-one basis and fully qualified, experienced teachers.CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
· Location – Various locations across South Yorkshire
· Position – Tutor
· Type of work – Tuition – short, medium and long-term tutoring roles
· Start date – ASAP
· Hours – Flexible between 8:30 am – 7 pmEXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
· QTS, QTLS, PGCE, EYFS or equivalent (essential)
· Previous experience working with young people
· Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (Prospero can provide this)TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
· Hold the Right to Work in the UK
· Hold an enhanced child-barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
