The quality of our educational offer is reflected in our Silver TEF award, and excellent NSS outcomes.To support our exceptional community of students, we are seeking an outstanding individual to fulfil the role of Academic Registrar and Executive Director of Student Academic Administration. Reporting to the Secretary and Registrar, and a member of the Chief Executive Group and Academic Board, this is a critical senior leadership role. You will be responsible for the success of our Academic Registry; you will oversee the management of the student lifecycle from enrolment to graduation. You will lead, direct and develop all sections of the central academic administration of the University, ensuring an excellent student experience, and will also be the be Business Lead for the implementation of our student record system.You will be an established senior leader, with a proven track record of the successful leadership and management of large-scale administrative services, such as student administration, academic services or services of comparable complexity and breadth. You will have experience developing and implementing strategic plans and policies, with a demonstrable ability to lead complex projects including cross-functional teams, with a particular focus on digital transformation.We welcome and encourage applications from candidates from all backgrounds with the qualifications, experience and potential to lead the University and its community of staff and students.
