We are currently looking for an Academic and Support Services Officer to join our vibrant team at UA92 Global based across our Old Trafford and city centre campuses.As an Academic and Support Services Officer, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring our academic programmes operate smoothly and effectively. Your primary focus will be to manage student records accurately, maintain compliance with regulations, and provide outstanding support to both students and academics. From administering assessment boards and timetabling to collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders, you’ll ensure that we deliver an exceptional experience for our students at every step of their journey.Your organisational prowess and attention to detail will directly contribute to our mission of providing top-notch educational support!Hours of Work: Full-time, flexible hours available to suit your needs!Salary: £23,750 to £27,450 per annumAcademic and Support Services Officer Requirements:

  • University level qualifications
  • Experience in administration, particularly in customer service/education
  • Proven skills in data handling and management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective communication, teamwork and collaboration skills
