We are looking for a Production Welder to join a world-leading manufacturing company based in Leamington Spa on a temporary to permanent basis.

A well-established manufacturing company who specialises in heavy duty vehicles are looking to recruit Production Welders within a MIG welding discipline to join their small team based in Leamington Spa on a temporary basis with the possibility of becoming permanent.

The successful Production Welders would ideally have experience with welding mild steel thickness from 3mm to 15mm.

Production Welder – Role & Responsibilities:

* Production Welding
* MIG Welding
* Welding of mild steels of varying thickness (3mm to 15mm)
* Continuous weld of larger length materials
* Working with hand tools
* Reading and interpreting engineer drawings
* Working to stringent timeframes
* Working to tolerances

Production Welder – Key Skills Required:

* MIG welding
* Experience within a production environment
* Experience with larger length welds from inch up to feet
* Experience with heavier gauge welding
* Experience with handheld tools

In return, the successful Production Welders will benefit from a salary of A£15.40 per hour for days with a shift allowance for rotating shifts.

Working Hours:

We have Days or rotating weekly shifts available.

Days – Monday – Thursday 8.00am-5.00pm and Friday 8.00am-12.00pm

Rotating weekly shifts – 06.00-14.30 Monday to Thursday and 06.00-12.00 on Friday and 14.30-23.00 Monday to Thursday and 12.00-18.00 on Friday
