We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join our prototyping department. The role involves working closely with design engineers to prepare CAD files offline and operate 5-axis CNC mills to produce high-quality, small-batch parts with tight tolerances. We?re seeking a hands on, multiskilled team player with strong problem solving abilities and a flexible approach to tasks. Responsibilities include offline CAD programming, machining parts to target times and quality standards, replenishing tooling and consumables, and maintaining a safe, clean workshop environment. Experience with tools like PowerMill, HyperMill, and SolidWorks is essential. Additional experience in manual machining, 3D printing, and composite production is a plus. Minimum 2 years of CNC programming required.
