3rd Line Service Desk Analyst (34K – 40K DOE) – Manchester / Hybrid

I’m working alongside a rapidly growing IT Managed Solutions provider, with offices across the country, looking to expand their team with a few new 3rd Line Service Desk Analysts. Within the support team, there are over 80 professionals across the 3 regional offices in the UK, more than happy to help better your current skills, and add some new ones. The company has a very open culture, encouraging collaboration with your team and the people on the leadership team. When it comes to progression within the company, if you are ambitious and know where you want to get too in your career, any pathway is available. Even one of the people on the recruitment team is currently training to be a .NET Developer!

As one of the 3nd line Service Desk Analysts, you will act as the escalation point for the 2nd line team, providing email and telephone-based support for the wide client base, and escalating issues to the 4th line team where required. As well as dealing with the support tickets that come in, you’ll be looked up to by the 1st and 2nd line team, helping to advance their skills.

We are looking for someone with experience using Windows Servers and Office 365, as well as good exposure to virtualisation troubleshooting (VmWare / Hyper-V), and advanced networking skills. Experience with Intune, advanced firewall troubleshooting, and antivirus (ESET and Sophos), within a fast-paced MSP environment, will see you at an advantage!
