They are searching for a talented and motivated 3D Animator to join their Digital Engineering and Modelling teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile construction projects and contribute to a vision of transforming the built environment through advanced digital solutions.

Position Overview: As a 3D Animator, you will play a pivotal role in creating high-quality animations that accurately represent construction projects. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to produce compelling visualisations that support project planning, design, and marketing efforts. Your expertise in 3D animation will help bring construction concepts to life, providing clear and engaging representations of their work.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and produce 3D animations that accurately depict construction projects, including buildings, infrastructure, and landscapes.
* Collaborate with the Digital Engineering and Modelling teams to create realistic and detailed visualisations based on project specifications and architectural designs.
* Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure animations align with project goals and technical requirements.
* Utilise advanced 3D animation software and tools to create high-quality, visually appealing animations.
* Prepare and present animation drafts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and finalise animations.
* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in 3D animation and digital engineering.
* Ensure all animations are completed within project timelines and budget constraints.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a 3D Animator, preferably within the construction or architecture industry though this is not essential.
* Proficiency in 3D animation software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, or similar tools.
* Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics and design.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Portfolio showcasing previous 3D animation work relevant to construction or architectural visualisation.
