Building a diverse team with various backgrounds and expertise is at the core of Teamtailor since its very beginning, and is truly a part of our strength today!Due to continued growth and success of the Teamtailor product globally, we are now looking to improve our outreach in the Benelux region.As a result of this focus we are seeking local experience to help build and shape the HR market in the region.We are seeking energetic sales orientated individuals who are eager to advance their careers from all sales backgrounds.We are looking for people who have worked in high outbound roles, whether that is in in a call centre, door-to-door, customer success associates, appointment setters, junior SDRs, BDEs and AEs. Additionally we are looking at individuals with a growth mindset, who would love on the job support, partnered with an excellent training and development program and on the job training, giving you the tools to be successful with the next steps of your career and beyond.Your success is our success.Below are some of the key responsibilities and additional skills we are seeking from a potential candidate;Key Responsibilities:

  • The attitude to deliver results against your monthly sales targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Source and qualify leads through cold calling, cold emailing and social networks like LinkedIn to identify potential clients.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams such as Marketing, Partnerships or Customer Success.
  • Team player: Provide ideas, feedback and support to your direct peer
  • Adapt and Learn Quickly: Utilize the tools, systems, and resources provided to accelerate your success and take the next steps in your sales career.
  • Embrace Continuous Learning: Participate actively in the company’s training and development programs, seeking ongoing growth and professional development.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales
  • 0-3 years experience
  • Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting
  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities
  • The ability to generate their own leads from the ground up
  • Great communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivation and a clear sense of urgency. Delivers results in a timely manner
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
  • Passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
