Job Title: 360 Machine Operator – Highways

Location: Reading, United Kingdom

Company Overview: Randstad is currently on the look out for a 360 Machine Operator to join a leading highways company committed to excellence and innovation. The client undertakes a wide range of projects across Berkshire and beyond.

Position Overview: As a 360 Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects, operating heavy machinery to support various tasks on-site. Safety and efficiency are paramount in this role, and you will be expected to adhere to all relevant regulations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate 360-degree excavators and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
* Load and unload materials using the machine as necessary.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
* Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors to coordinate tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Proven experience as a 360 Machine Operator in a civils or similar environment.
* Valid CPCS or NPORS certification for operating 360 excavators.
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to heavy machinery operation.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Flexibility to work in varying weather conditions and environments.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
