Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a 2nd Line Endpoint Engineer to join a NHS Trust on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
Provide 2nd line technical support to customers across Norfolk and Suffolk. Investigate, diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents. Provide remote and on-site technical support where required. Maintain and improve computer hardware and software to support customer productivity. Troubleshoot a range of desktop, laptop and end-user technology issues. Respond to incidents and problems efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer service. Escalate complex technical issues appropriately and work collaboratively with other IT teams.
About You
Experience providing 2nd line technical support. Good knowledge of desktop hardware and software. Experience supporting end users both remotely and face-to-face. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Location: Norfolk Community Hospital, Bowthorpe Road, Norwich, NR2 3TU
Coverage: Norfolk & Suffolk
