2nd Line Service Desk Analyst (26K-34K DOE) – Manchester / Hybrid
I’m working alongside a rapidly growing IT Managed Solutions provider, with offices across the country, looking to expand their team with a few new 2nd Line Service Desk Analysts. The IT team already consists of over 80 experienced IT Support Engineers, that will be by your side to learn from and to help your career progression. With the team size and various roles within the team, there is a real scope for progression through the ranks, especially with the rate the company are growing!
As one of the 2nd line Service Desk Analysts, you will act as the escalation point for the 1st line team, providing email and telephone-based support for the wide client base, and escalating issues to the 3rd line team where required. Who knows, you could be part of the 3rd line team in the future!
Experience with Windows servers (12/16/19), Microsoft Office 365, Azure and cloud exposure, and networking tools (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP etc) will already have you on the shortlist. Ideally you will have worked in an MSP environment, but don’t worry if you haven’t, your CV will still be welcomed.
