2nd Line IT Support Engineer – Sheffield

2nd Line IT Support Engineer with onsite experience as well as Office 365, Windows 10, Exchange and VOIP knowledge join our client which is an MSP company across Yorkshire.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients’ IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently. You will provide technical support and troubleshooting to both site-based and remote users, as well as providing onsite and support and dealing with any tickets which come from the 1st Line team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent knowledge of:

* 2nd Line IT support, ideally some field support experience
* Office 365
* Windows OS 8,10, 11
* Exchange
* VOIP
* Sharepoint Online
* Telephony experience
* You will also need excellent communication and problem solving skills along with a Full UK Drivers License.

Knowledge of Azure and Intune would be desirable. You will also need excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
