About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on 2nd Line Engineer to join our on-site IT team in Central London. You’ll be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support across the business, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, Intune, and hardware troubleshooting.

Job Duties / Requirements

• Provide 2nd line support across Microsoft 365 and Intune environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues across laptops, desktops, and peripherals
• Set up and support office equipment, including meeting room AV and connectivity
• Manage joiners, movers, and leavers (onboarding/offboarding processes)
• Support general IT operations and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and user records

About You

• Proven experience in a 2nd line IT support role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Intune
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and device troubleshooting
• Confident supporting office environments and end users on-site
• Clear understanding of onboarding/offboarding processes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with IT ticketing systems
• Basic networking knowledge
