2nd/3rd Line IT Engineer/IT Migration Engineer- Sheffield- 45k

I’m working alongside a rapidly growing IT Managed Solutions provider, looking to expand their team with a few new Support Engineers, varying from 1st Line up to the 3rd Line/Senior team. With the team size and various roles within the team, there is a real scope for progression through the ranks, especially with the rate the company is growing! We are happy with welcoming a 2nd line with a few years’ experience, looking to transition into a 3rd line role, while the same applies for a 3rd line/IT Migration position.

Great exposure to the Windows servers (12/16/19), Microsoft Office 365, Azure and AWS Cloud, networking experience (Firewalls, Switches Routers etc) and Virtualisation technologies (VMware/Hyper-V) will be an essential, with it being desirable for you to have some Powershell or other Scripting exposure.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent knowledge of:

* 2nd Line IT support/3rd Line IT Support, ideally some field support experience
* Office 365
* Windows OS 8,10, 11
* Migraton Experience
* Software Migrations
* Hyper V/VMWare
* Exchange
* VOIP
* Sharepoint Online
* Active Directory
* Telephony experience
* You will also need excellent communication and problem solving skills along with a Full UK Drivers License.
