The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities within the Human Health Digital, Data, and Analytics (HHDDA) team can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.Are you passionate about helping people see, understand, and interact with data? Working cross functionally we are inventing new ways of communicating, measuring, and interacting with our customers and patients leveraging digital, data and analytics.Location: Upper Gwynedd, PAOur company’s Performance Data Management group is seeking a summer intern to participate in key functions in Data Stewardship, Project Management and Communications. This critical work will ensure our Company is able to fully realize the value of our data investments through ensuring high quality data, communications, and solution development and maintenance.Learning opportunities for the prospective intern are:Professional Development: The intern will gain hands-on experience with performance data and usage, requirements gathering, project management and stakeholder management in a professional setting.Networking Opportunities: The intern will have the opportunity to work with a team of professionals and experts, building a strong network and potential references for their future career.Contribution to Innovative Projects: The intern will contribute to innovative projects with practical real-world application.We are seeking intern candidates at all levels with strong academic performance, communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to work in a multi-functional environment.Education:Candidates must be currently enrolled in a full-time BS/BA or MS degreeCandidates must have completed at least (2) years of studies towards a bachelor’s degree by June 2025Required Experience and Skills:Candidates must be available to work full-time, on-site, for 10 – 12 weeks beginning June of 2025Proven analytics and problem-solving skillsEffective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with an ability to process technical information and translate clearly and concisely to broad audiencesInnovative thinking with affinity toward experimentation and appropriate risk-takingExcellent organizational skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams and organize/prioritize work efficiently and effectively.Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Teams and SharePointPreferred Experience and Skills:Working knowledge of Confluence and Viva EngageExperience working with Database design & data processing languages (SQL, Python, etc.)Experience and knowledge in ETL process, data modeling techniques, and platforms (Informatica, Dataiku, etc.)Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job.
