1st Line IT Support Engineer – GBP24,000 to GBP26,000 – Midsomer Norton

I am seeking a 1st Line IT Support Engineer to work in a high performing IT Team. The right 1st Line Support Engineer will be a part of a small team and will be working 5 days a week onsite. Ths is a full time position that requires good communication skills.

Requirments of the 1st Line Support Engineer:

* Take calls and provide 1st Line support on the phone
* Documentation
* Escalations to 2nd Line
* Appications support- Training Provided

The right 1st Line IT Support Engineer must have:

* Prior basic IT background
* Willingness to Learn
