I’m working alongside a leading Law Firm, with offices across the country, looking to expand their IT team with a new 1st Line Support Engineer to progress to 2nd line. The firm is always expanding, after doubling their IT and Solution Delivery Team last year, they are in the process of doing the same this year! It’s a very exciting time to join.

With great opportunities for progression, their last Service Desk Analyst went onto working as part of their Cyber Security team. This role offers you the chance to work with some experienced 2nd line and 3rd Line Technicians from whom you can learn a lot from!

We are looking for a personable individual with good stakeholder management skills, it would be great if you have experience in the Legal Sector but it’s not essential. You’ll be stepping in to a 1st Line role based in central Manchester for 3 days and week, and 2 days a week are WFH.

You shall be working in the following tech stack

* 1st/2ndLine Support
* Helpdesk / Service Desk support
* Office 365 / Azure / Intune
* TCP/IP / DNS / DHCP / VPN
* Active Directory
