1st Line IT Support Technician – MSP

Location: Luton (Hybrid working)

Salary: GBP23,000-GBP25,000

1st Line IT Support Technician with good Windows troubleshooting and comprehensive understanding of the MS Office product suite in required to join a close-knit IT Managed Services Provider based in Luton.

Established for 10 years, the company provide IT Support, Cloud, Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions for a range of SMEs around Beds, Bucks, Herts and London.

If you’re a 1st Line IT Support Technician looking to gain exposure to network systems, security and server administration, this is your ticket to career transformation.

Key Skills required:

* 1-2 years experience within IT Support
* Proficiency in supporting Windows Desktop OS.
* Strong understanding of PC, laptop, and printer hardware.
* Comprehensive knowledge of the entire MS Office suite.
* Exceptional telephone etiquette with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a methodical approach.
* Driving licence and access to vehicle

It will be advantageous if the ideal candidate had relevant certifications e.g. CompTIA A+ and knowledge of network systems.

The 1st Line IT Technician will play a pivotal role in providing IT support, troubleshooting PCs, printers and handling computer repairs. The position is based out of their office in Luton with flexible hybrid working, with a couple of days in the office at the most a week. Additionally, you will gain hands-on experience visiting their local client base.

With this opportunity, you will achieve:

* Starting salary between GBP23K-GBP25K DOE
* 28 days annual leave (inc. Bank holidays)

* Standard hours 8:45am-5:15pm Monday-Friday
